You can receive critical system-related alerts, the health status of storage drives, the status of various running services, etc. on your primary email address and any other additional email addresses. You can manage your device notification on the Settings tab.

To update the configured email address for receiving notifications,

1. Connect to the IDrive BMR device interface.
2. Click on the RHS menu.
3. Go to Email notification > Device alert notification.
4. In the Primary email address section, click and update the email address if required.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save. All device-related notifications will be sent to this email address.
6. In the Additional email section, add any other recipients for email notification, click , and click Save.
