Track backup statistics at company and device level

The Backup Statistics tab summarizes the local backup and cloud repository statistics of computers, virtual machines, and network shares for a selected period.

To access backup statistics at the company level,

1. Sign in to the IDrive BMR partner portal.
2. Go to User Reports > IDrive^® BMR on the LHS menu.
   The BMR Dashboard will be displayed.
3. Click the Backup Status section to open the backup statistics page. 
   
   
   
   Navigate to the respective Local Backup/Cloud Backup tabs to monitor the backup status for a selected date range. The backup jobs are displayed in a calendar view at the company level. 
4. Click any date to view the job details for that particular date.

To access backup statistics at the device level,

1. Sign in to the IDrive BMR partner portal.
2. Go to User Reports > IDrive^® BMR on the LHS menu.
3. Click the client company name under User Report. The list of devices associated with the specific client company appears.
4. Click the required IDrive BMR device.
   The device dashboard will be displayed.
5. Navigate to Backup Statistics in the sub-LHS menu to open the backup statistics page.
   
   
   
   
6. Go to the respective Local Backup/Cloud Backup tab to monitor the backup status for a selected date range. The backup jobs are displayed in a calendar view at the device level. 
7. Click any date to view the job details for that particular date.

   The job status colors indicate the backup status: 

   • Blue -  Success
   • Yellow - Warning 
   • Red - Failure
     

     
     Job details

     The Job Details page displays the job status, description, the device where the job is set up, the device name to which the job belongs, the recovery point, and the job type.
     

     
     
     
     You can search for a specific job or filter a job based on the backup source of the job or alarm severity.
