Place an order for IDrive BMR Express Restore
You need to fill out the shipment form on the web console to place an order for the IDrive BMR Express device. The latest version of backed up recovery point is provided for restore by default.
To place an order,
- Sign in to the IDrive BMR web console.
If you are already connected to an IDrive BMR device interface, go to Cloud Replication > Cloud seeding, and click Shipment Form. The sign in page for the IDrive BMR web console will open. - BMR Devices displays all the IDrive BMR devices linked to your account. Click <three-dot icon> corresponding to the required device and select Express Restore. This will open the Express Restore page.
- Select the devices for restore.
- Specify the previous recovery points in the Special Request / Comments field, if you wish to backup recovery points other than the latest version.
- Provide your contact information.
- Provide the billing information and address.
The billing address will be used for shipping, commercial, and residential addresses. You can modify the shipping address if needed. - Go through the shipment agreement and accept the same.
- Click Submit Request.
Once you confirm the order, we will ship the device to you with all the required accessories. Follow the set of instructions to transfer data from Express to your IDrive BMR device.
